SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Our mission is to ship your item (s) as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates:
We offer free expediated/tracked shipping within Canada, USA, and the UK. We also offer a pick-up option for your convenience in the Etobicoke area.
International Shipping Custom Duties & Taxes:
Custom duties and taxes may apply for your package in your country. Customers are responsible for any custom, taxes or additional fees incurred for international shipping.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number for your package. You can use the tracking number to track the whereabouts and delivery of your package.
Delivery Issues:
In the rare event of a lost or delayed shipment; first contact your local postal service with your tracking number to try and resolve the issue with them. You may also contact us at [email protected] as a last resort, and we will do what we can to assist you.
Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing us accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout for accuracy. Wev are not liable for items shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Shipping Delays On Our End:
While we strive to meet estimated shipping times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disaster or family emergencies may impact shipping our shipping time.
Should any of the above circumstances occur, we will keep you posted regarding your shipping time.
Return To Sender Due To Non-Delivery Of Package:
Should a package be returned to us due to failed delivery attemps, or an incorrect address provided by the customer; An additional shipping fee will apply to re-ship your item.

RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return/refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in it's original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. At which time we will let you know how to proceed with returning the item.
If your return is accepted, you will be in charge of the return shipping cost. Please be aware that irems sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at [email protected].
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at [email protected] immediately if the item is defective; damage or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items, and due to hygenic reasons we do not accept return on earrings.
For those looking to return or exchange damage items, an assessment is required. Bella Jewels Design has the right to refuse refund/return on damaged items without care instructions in mind.
Exchanges
We do not exchange items unless the original product was incorrectly shipped or defective. In this case please contact us at [email protected]. Please make sure of your items before placeing your order.
Refund
You will be notified once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original form of payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
